This client had recently
acquired a smaller company and had just completed the closing
process. The IT group of the acquiring company only then received
direction to assume responsibility for the IT services within
the acquired organization. The group needed to quickly discover
the state of the environment and the resources and people for
which it was now responsible and craft an integration strategy
to bring the environment in line with their own standards.
